1. About-
This program was made with one thought in mind. Make a little tool that will make
ppl happy, but at the very same time make it useful and powerful.
I hope ppl will enjoy it, and stay away from abusing it.
I take no responsibilty for whatever you use this program for.
For a bugreport or any feedback, please email raziel_206_@hotmail.com
Made by dC|RaZiel during hrívë 2002. Copyrights by ArdaTech!
2. How to install-
Just extract all the files in to a map, and your are done.
Link a shortcut to desktop and have fun =)
3. How to use-
- The Timer :
------------------------------------------------------------
You can simply set the round time in the edit field.
The counter will count down from that time. When it arrives
at 0 it will set the start time back to the round time.
If you got the time wrong you can also set the time
manually. When you start writing it. The timer will stop.
You need to start it again to let it count down from that new time.
Beware that the time will be delayed by ping when sent.
Nice to use with ppl who doesn't have the program, but
still wants to see the time. It will then count down onscreen
in the upper left corner ingame.
Components explained:
- Round Time : The time a round for the enemy takes. Set on default 40.
- Time counter: Count down seconds, at the same time if you have wolf loaded. It will also show the time onscreen.
When you manually edit the Counter. The countdown will stop. If you are not in wolf, the time will send message to the
recieve list.
- Start Timer: will sound a bell sound, and start counting down. Hot key ALT+S.
- Stop Timer : will pause the count down. Hot key Alt+O
- Reset Button: Sets the Round time and Time counter time equal.
- Sound : Turn my wunderbar voice off and on!
- Buddylist: Edit the list of receivers . It will then send the time onscreen to all the users in that list.
- The Messenger :
-----------------------------------------------------------
Default message will display: CowTools(yourip):Hello world!
This tool will send any given message to your buddies,
when they are ingame.
The neat part is that you don't need to be ingame.
Or even have the game at all. It sends to the gamers by IP.
If you want more than one to receive the message. You just
add them in the buddylist.
If you get an error it means the guys you try sending to
is not playing!
To still send and ignore this, you need to turn off the receiver
in the config.
Quake3 enginebased colors will also work. Just write ^ and number.
Components explained:
- From: is the first part of the message. i.e playername.
- Program: is the second part inside ( ), normally either side of players. Locked on IP, if you don't have password!
- Message: whatever you will like the client to see.
- Port: The destination port. 27960 is Wolfenstein default. Other games will be added.
- The Receiver:
-----------------------------------------------------------
If ppl try sending messages when you are outside wolf, this window will get them. If not it will show inside Wolfenstein.
Components explained:
- Clear: Just wipes the window clean of messages
- Server & Info:
-----------------------------------------------------------
You can from here add your own list of favorite servers. Just select a server. Go back. And the info is already added.
You need to activate receiver to send requests. When that is done you will receive Server Information. The players online it.
Variables set on the server, etc. And get the ping of it.
Components explained:
- Server IP: The ip of the server. You can copy and paste Addresses with IP:Port to it and it wil fix the rest. I.e. 238.212.123.213:27960
- Port: the port the gameserver, default 27960.
- Ping: shows ping of gameserver.
- Receiver Window. Only server messages will be received here.
- Clear: clear the window, the password box, and the ping box.
- Join Server: You can join the server directly from this program. Just need IP and Port set first.
- Password Field: if the server requires password, you add it here. If not, just leave the field alone.
- Request : ask for server information
- Packet Generator:
------------------------------------------------------------
This nasty tool is locked because there is a good reason for it.
It got the posibility of sending spoofed packets. Not only to wolf. But to what ever server on any port it wants.
Spoofed packets means, faked source IP address. It can then be used to be "someone" else.
And it can be used to make manually messages and a lot of other things, that I will not try to explain now.
Components explained:
- Source IP : where does the packet come from?
- Source port: what port does it come from?
- Destination : where it will be sent.
- Destination port: on what port it will be sent
- Message : what message you would like the message to contain. Will be HEX compatible too.
- Status: see if the package is even sent or not.
This tool is totally independant of the sender and recaiver components in other parts of this program.

It will receive messages to both Recevier and ServerInfo.
- Strip Hooks. Takes away all ^'s in the server response. Easier to read names of players etc. But put it back off if you would like to get their
nick with hooks and numbers for colors.
- Crazy Colors: gives random colors of received messages outside the local IP.
- Stay on top: is needed for letting the program being shown in Wolfenstein.
- Receiver port number: Specify what port you want it to receive on. RECOMMENDED to use default 27960.
- Set the Wolfenstein directory so it finds it next time you start the program. If not set you cannot join servers from this program.
- The end Picture contains Greetings, Author email, and Homepage. And some other useful information.
PS. new version will be released after some more betatesting, and added more efficent code to it. And a lot of new features.
Will also add support for other multiplayer games.
